Pick what piece of jewellery you wish to create. Choose from Rings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Mangalsutras and Chains. The next step is where it all comes together. Select the material, gemstones and finish. It is virtually a jewellery playground, where you are making your own jewellery piece with your special touch. Lastly, pay through our safe, secure and convenient payment gateways.

As little as 14 days, from the time you submit your final design to wearing it. Although, if your chosen design is complicated and might require special setting, it may take a bit more time. We will update you with the same, and will do our best to meet the estimated shipping timeline.

Yes, of course. Do get in touch with our Customer Care team to explain your revisions. Once done, the design time will take over and share the updated design with you within 2 business days for final review.

No. We do not include any additional charges to create custom designs unlike other retailers. We apply the same true and transparent pricing to every 3 Soul piece, whether in our e-shop or customized. However, the price of a customized piece depends upon factors like diamond carat weight, amount and type of metal used and labour costs, all of which are shared with the customer upfront.

Unfortunately, that is not possible as every piece is handcrafted and is shipped after careful inspection. The 14-day delivery timeline, though, is one of the fastest in the industry. We would suggest placing your order 2-4 weeks in advance of any special occasions.
