1. What is your return policy for custom-made jewellery?
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewellery, we accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. We encourage you to carefully review the design before confirmation to avoid any discrepancies.
2. How do I initiate a return for a defective custom piece?
If you believe your custom jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will address the issue promptly and guide you through the return process.
3. Can I return non-customized jewellery for a refund?
Yes, we accept returns for non-customized jewellery within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection.
4. What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
In the rare event of receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. Depending on your preference, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent, or initiate a refund.
5. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds for non-customized jewellery are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. For custom jewellery with manufacturing defects, we aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide a suitable solution.
6. What if my jewellery needs repairs after the return period?
If your jewellery requires repairs after the return period, please contact our Customer Support Team. We offer repair services, costs for which depend on the nature of the repair. Our team will provide you with a quote and guide you through the process.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
100% refund for returns within 15 days. No questions asked. However, the Products should be returned to us in the original condition in which you have received the Product along with the original packaging and invoice to claim a refund. This policy is applicable on the products available on the ‘Shop’ category of the platform and not applicable on engraved, Customized, or Personalized Products.
Note:
“Customised” or “Personalized” Products include Products the specifications of which are customized or personalized by a User, Products ordered via “Make it Yours - Make your own design” section or “Bespoke Jewellery - Upload design and make jewellery” section of the Platform.
Warranty
Every Product sold on the Platform comes with a lifetime warranty. Here are the details:
1. Manufacturer warranty:
We warrant that the Products sold on the Platform shall be of good quality and will be free from defects in material and workmanship (collectively, the “Manufacturing Defect”). In the unlikely event that the Product is found to be defective, we shall rectify the same, as follows:
- (a) If the Product is damaged due to a Manufacturing Defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the same.
- (b) If the Product is damaged due to any reason other than due to a Manufacturing Defect, we will notify the same to you and subject to your confirmation, we will undertake necessary repairs either for a cost or otherwise.
2. Complimentary Services:
You can additionally avail the following complimentary services:
- (a) Inspection: To extend the life of the Product, we provide free inspection for all the Products purchased on the Platform. You can avail this service annually for 10 years after purchase of the Product from the Platform. This includes checking of the Product, Polishing, tightening of loose stones, prongs, etc.
- (b) Cleaning: We recommend getting the Product cleaned annually. This way, you will get to enjoy the Product in all its splendour for years to come.
3. Conditions and Exclusions:
While the services in paragraph 2 above are complimentary, you have to bear additional costs, including, but not limited to, replacement cost and reverse shipping charges. The warranty shall not extend to the following:
- Replacement of any Product.
- Product damaged due to normal wear and tear.
- Product damaged due to improper care or use, including, but not limited to, dents, bent rings, chipped stones, broken prongs, scratches, missing stones and prongs.
- Product damaged due to exposure of the Product to chemicals, elements, and substances such as chlorine, salt water, make-up products, dirt, sand, and small stones.
- Any Product damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain necessary cleaning and repairs necessary to maintain the Products in prime condition.
Note:
The warranty under this paragraph shall be void in case:
- The Product maintenance, repairs or other services is performed by any person other than the LLP.
- Any modification to the Product is performed by any person other than the LLP.
Lifetime Exchange
Exchange your old designs anytime you want an upgrade. The value of the final product selected should be higher than the exchanged gold value (along with the applied offer).
